In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
Wellness M.B.S is designed to focus on all aspects of wellness with the practice of Moderation, Balance, and Sustainably.
The goal of Wellness M.B.S is to guide people towards making healthy lifestyle changes while taking into consideration that sustainable results can only be achieved with a balanced routine, while still being able to enjoy an individuals guilty pleasure, in moderation.

Pamela was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. While living in NYC, she attended the Borough of Manhattan Community College, majoring in Human Services. Her lifelong dream was to become a social worker; after dedicating many years to charity work.
Pamela relocated to Boca Raton, FL, with her son Patrick shortly after her marriage to her husband Paul in 2016. Their twins, Liliana and Alexander, were born in 2017.
Pamela always had a passion for food and cooking. She describes herself as a "foodie and adventurous eater." Her interests include traveling to learn about the different cultures and local cuisines.
She used the internet as guidelines during the years of struggling with achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This ultimately led to her experimenting with several "FADS," which she found not only to be unsustainable but some unhealthy. Her mission was to develop a system that focused on Moderation, Balance, and Sustainability (M.B.S).
Encouraged by her husband Paul, Pamela enrolled at Purdue University Global, majoring in Nutrition Science. She graduated Cum Laud in the summer of 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science. During her time at Purdue, she took several health and wellness courses during her degree plan, sparking new interest. This motivated her to return to Purdue Global where she once again graduated Cum Laud with a Bachelors in Science in Health and Wellness in January 2022. Pamela is currently in the process of obtaining her Nutrition and Wellness Consultant certificate through American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
